RINOGERMINA is indicated:
• for the treatment and prevention of rhino-pharyngotubal infections such as: otitis, rhino-sinusitis, adenoiditis;
• after topical nasal and/or systematic antibiotic treatments to facilitate the recovery of the normal rhinosinusal saprophytic flora;
• in all cases in which it is appropriate to facilitate the recovery of the normal nasal and rhino-pharyngeal saprophytic flora (topical treatment of nasal mucosa, allergic rhinitis, asthma, chronic bronchitis, chronic damage from the inhalation of smoke or irritating substances, etc.).

Superficial skin lesions of any origin, in which there is a risk of infection: scratches, cuts, cracked of skin, burns, ulcers, dermatitis. Chronic skin lesions, such as trophic ulcers of feet and bedsores. Infections of skin, such as secondary-infected eczema and neurodermatitis. Cracks of nipples in women who are breastfeeding. Minimally invasive surgery: injuries and surgical wounds.

For the treatment of dogs and cats in the dermatosis with severe allergic, inflammatory reaction, itching, erythema, edema, infiltration of fluid, complicated by secondary bacterial infection; fungal diseases of the skin: tinea caused by Microsporum canis, Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, candidiasis caused by Candida albicans, Candida parapsilosis, defeat yeast Malassezia furtur.

"Manager syndrome" (the condition of permanent mental overstrain); neurasthenia and neurasthenic reactions associated with irritability, anxiety, fear, fatigue, inattention, memory disturbance, mental exhaustion, neurocirculatory dystonia of hypertensive and cardiac type; asthenic syndrome (hyperstenic form); Ist degree arterial hypertension; insomnia (mild forms), itching dermatoses (eczema, urticaria); headaches caused by nervous tension; migraine, as a symptomatic treatment for climacteric syndrome and mild forms of dysmenorrhea as well as for concurrent diseases of the thyroid gland and diabetes mellitus (except uncompensated diabetes mellitus).

A state of constant psychical tension (manager’s syndrome); neurasthenia and neurasthenic reactions accompanied by irritability, anxiety, fear, fatigue, inattention, memory impairment, mental exhaustion; hypertensive and cardiac type of neurocirculatory dystonia; hypersthenic form of asthenic syndrome; I stage of arterial hypertension; insomnia (mild forms); itching dermatoses (eczema, urticaria); headache caused by nervous tension; migraine; as symptomatic remedy for climacteric syndrome and mild forms of dysmenorrhea; and also for treating symptoms, that occur in diseases of the thyroid gland and diabetes mellitus (except uncompensated diabetes mellitus).

Preparation of drug solutions for topical and parenteral administration. May be used topically for irrigation of wounds, nasal mucosa and flushing of catheters.

The drug is used in large loss of body fluids (dehydration), particularly due to diarrhoea of various aetiology, in toxicities, including post-surgery, in a state of shock, reduction of blood pressure, for washing of wounds, eyes, mucous membranes of the mouth and nose, dissolving dry biological drugs and medicinal products. Sodium chloride belongs to rehydration and haemostatic solutions.
