Treatment of conditions associated with hypokalemia and hypomagnesemia (including overdosing of saluretics), heart rhythm disturbances, including those caused by digitalis intoxication (as a part of combined treatment).

Used as an antiseptic agent to clean the ear canals of dogs and cats with excessive discharge of earwax, the presence of dirt, which contributes to effective care, prevention of inflammation processes in the ears.

Infections caused by azithromycin-susceptible microorganisms: ENT infections (bacterial pharyngitis/tonsillitis, sinusitis acute otitis media); respiratory tract infections (bacterial bronchitis, community acquired pneumonia);  skin and soft tissue infections: chronic migrant erythema (early Lyme disease), erysipelas, impetigo, secondary pyodermatoses; sexually transmitted diseases: uncomplicated urethritis/cervicitis; gastric and duodenal infections due to Helicobacter pylori, as a part of combined therapy.

Infections caused by sensitive microorganisms: infections of the respiratory tract (sore throat, pneumonia, suppurative pleurisy, diphtheria, scarlet fever, actinomycosis of the lung); infections of the urogenital system (cystitis, syphilis, gonorrhea, colpitis, endocervicitis, endometritis, adnexitis, salpingo-oophoritis); infections of the organ of vision: conjunctivitis, blepharitis, dacryocystitis; purulent infections of the skin and soft tissues; bacterial endocarditis, septicemia; osteomyelitis; wound infections; mug; anthrax; meningitis; peritonitis; infections of the biliary tract.

Diseases due to microorganisms susceptible to the drug: Curative treatment for anthrax, necrobacillosis, pasteurellosis, pneumonia, mastitis, metritis, wound infections, septicemia, phlegmones; actinomycosis, blackleg and streptococcal septicemia of cattle, sheep, goats, fibrous and catarrhal pneumonia of horses; streptococcosis, staphylococcosis of foxes, arctic foxes, minks and dogs, swine erysipelas.
