Arterium Corporation offers training to university graduates and students

Nearly fifty university students and graduates meet the Training Programme eligibility criteria and now can attend their practical training at manufacturing sites of Arterium Corporation in Kyiv and Lviv. This year Programme offers practical training in all corporate departments.

Participants of this Programme mainly include students and graduates of major national technical and medical universities offering education in fields which are vital for the company such as chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, general medicine, pharmaceutical biotechnology, chemical technology, technology of inorganic substances, industrial biotechnology, pharmaceutical facilities, technology of pharmaceutical products, heat supply and ventilation systems and other fields.

The number of trainees was almost doubled this year. Tamara Shenderey, Recruiting and Assessment Division Head, says such growth is associated with high assessment of trainees’ performance by top managers of different corporate units.

Every trainee had his/her mentor who controls young specialist’s performance during practical training. The training period depends on the nature of job and may last from three to six months. Trainee’s performance is assessed after the training. The most successful trainees are offered full-time employment or training extension up to one year.

Since the Programme launch in 2010, more than thirty successful trainees joined Arterium team and demonstrate excellent performance.
