Denys Gartsylov is ranked among Ukraine's best top managers

Investgazeta has published a rating of the country’s 100 best top managers.

The rating is based on the last year’s project 100 Largest Companies in Ukraine. All candidates were evaluated on the basis of a uniform system which, in the opinion of the editorial office, should reveal the nation’s best top managers.

This year, the evaluation methodology was substantially changed. Thus, one of the indispensable conditions was holding the office for at least one year and managing a company with leading positions on Ukrainian market.

According to Arterium Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer Denys Gartsylov, the balance of company values and personal values of its employees provides the foundation for the overall success. The conditions when every employee understands what is going on in the company, in which direction it moves and what achievements it makes are the cornerstone of the overall long-term success.
