Partnership of Arterium and state administration bodies for youth development

Arterium Corporation continues its cooperation with “The First step in career” Work-experience programme of Lviv city council. This year trainers at corporative university have already conducted 2 trainings on topics of “Conflict management” and “Effective time management”. During training sessions trainees scrutinized business cases and fixed their knowledge in practice. Programme participants include students from Lviv higher educational institutions.

The programme “The first step in career” has been operated since 2007. For two months of training participants have been working in structural subdivisions of Lviv city council. In addition, participants can complete additional training. Educational activities involve experts from various fields – university professors, business trainers, heads of human resources departments of different companies. In 2014 Arterium Corporation joined the Programme. Over a period of its participation in the Programme Arterium has conducted a total of 16 trainings, in which more than 300 trainees have taken part. 3 more trainings are scheduled for February from Arterium corporate trainers: “Effective communication” and “Electronic communication guidelines”.
