- Don't forget to wash your hands: viruses live on your fingertips for up to 30 minutes
- Ventilate the room more often. Viral particles are destroyed almost instantly in cool, humid and moving air. In cold weather, ventilate the room at least once an hour
- Wear a mask if you are ill and show others an example
